Marketing Text In order to achieve the objectives of the project the professional competence of the trainers in organic food retailing are specified to meet the requirements of the EQF, in accordance with the ECVET. Furthermore, the professional competence should also be suitable and applicable in the importing countries. The professional competence of the trainers / teachers in organic food retailing in accordance with the Training in Organic Food Retail are summarized in the Guidelines.
The Guidelines was designed in order to provide teachers with:
- Professional competence - knowledge in products, sales and business management in the filed of organic retailing;
- Teaching competence - Description of teaching/training methods (close to the real workplace; increasing the motivation of the trainees; good practices of teaching/training in the field of organic retailing;
- Evaluation tools;
- Template/ example of curriculum;
- Example of teaching lesson.
Target group Teachers and trainers, VET providers of services and trainers in the field of lifelong learning.
Result The final evaluation of this product will be done at the end of the pilot course. Different evaluation tools (mainly questionnaires) are used to get feedback about the national versions of the Guidelines. The evaluation and testing will be carried out in all the importing partner countries. The final version of the Guidelines will be designed and the Guidelines will be printed after the pilot course and respective adaptation of each country versions
