Marketing Text Das Hauptziel dieses Projekts ist es, in andere europäische Länder übertragen die "Trainingsprogramm für energieeffiziente Altbausanierung" Kurs entworfen und von Bydgoska Szkola Wyższa (Leiter der Project) entwickelt, dank der Zusammenarbeit zwischen zwei Fakultäten (Construction Engineering und Produktion Engineering and Management) sowie Berufsbildungszentrum, Edukator. Die Idee war, des Kursprogramms in andere Länder nach der Anpassung an b-Learning-System fransfer. Die Hauptzielgruppen sind Techniker und Ingenieure von Bauunternehmen und Berufsbildungseinrichtungen. Der Kurs schließt die Lücke in der beruflichen Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten für energieeffiziente Renovierung von alten und historischen Gebäuden (Planung und Verwaltung der entsprechenden Prozesse, chosing Materialien und erneuerbare Energiesysteme wie Mikro-Erzeugung von Energie aus erneuerbaren Quellen) mit der Aufrechterhaltung der historische Wert der Renovierung erforderlich Gebäude.
The building sector therefore offers the largest potential for energy savings, which in turn will reduce our negative impact on the environment. The savings potential is estimated at around 28%. In accordance with the Directive 2010/31/EU on the energy performance of buildings overall energy consumption should be reduced by 20% below 1990 level by 2020. The Action Plan identified the significant potential for cost-effective energy saving in the buildings sector. We are sure that increasing rate and depth of renovation of the building stock is the most cost effective and fastest way to cut energy consumption and has a great potential for creating of new jobs and promote economic recovery of the construction sector. EU needs to deep renovate about 3% of its building each year for the next years to meet energy and economic goals by 2050. All available energy saving technologies should be incorporated what can achieved a reduction in energy consumption of between 60% to 90% for the majority of buildings.
Mentioned above reasons led us to predict that construction sector will continue demanding of competent professionals and managers with new knowledge and skills necessary for energy-efficient renovation of existing buildings. At present renovation process management became one of the most important field of knowledge and competencies having a great importance for planning and managing entire renovation. Training Programme on Energy Efficient Renovation of Old Buildings has been developed by Bydgoska Szkola Wyzsza as an interdisciplinary course in cooperation between two faculties: Faculty of Construction and Faculty of Production Engineering and Management (Management of Renewable Energy Sources specialty). This course was updated and developed constantly according to changes observed in construction technology and new challenges.
The whole training programme was divided into two parts: theoretical, knowledge based that has been delivered online (rapid e-learning technology for almost every platforms) and practical workshop (face-to-face module). Pilot ECVET system was implemented for making a seamless comparison between outcomes reached in all partners countries. The main goal of this project was to implement training programme to train managers, executives and other staff of construction companies that they were not prepared appropriately for new challenges in energy saving renovations of old buildings.
Description All the tasks and results of the Project have been assigned to 9 work packages. Coordination, management and administration tasks belonged to the workpackage 1 - Project management and coordination. Work package 2 included all activities necessary for gathering of information and data releted to construction sector and information about vocational training institutions that offer similiar courses.This workpackage was treated as preliminary activity. Development of the specific course content was the main task for work package no. 3 whereas adaptation of training methodology to b-learning system belonged to activities of work package 4.Implementation and evaluation of pilot trainings performed by all project partners were the main tasks of work package 5. Overall project quality was assured by realization of tasks in workpackage 6 (Inventi was responsible partner). Dissemination and promotional activities were performed in work package 7, the responsible partner for these activities was NorthCom. Further exploitation of the Project results after Project was finished was developed in work package 8. Design and implementation of ECVET system belonged to workpackage 9 (FMS was responsible partner).

Product information The main product developed during realization of the Project was innovative course that was divided into two part: theoretical one in the form of e-learning modules (each module was divided into learning units) and practical workshops in the form of face-to-face teaching (team work). Additional products were: course dossier, summary report about construction sector and vocational trainings offered in each partner country (related to energy efficient renovaton of old buildings).Separate report on usefulness of chosen teaching methodology implementation in mentioned sector as well as students satisfaction level were prepared.
