Summary Focus of this project was on young unemployed people from Požega - Slavonia County (Croatia) without appropriate work experience. Professional training lasted for 3 weeks in which participants developed their professional knowledge, skills and working habits under the expert guidance of mentor. The mobility stimulated participants settling down in a new and unfamiliar environment, increased their communication and presentation skills, provided them with the experience of team work and improved their knowledge of English. Finally, their motivation for active job searching has improved which has already brought results, as four of them are already employed.
