Description The internships in the area of catering industry during the experimentation phase should allow the beneficiaries to use and to test the Zero Barrier method and tools in real professional situations.
Target group These internships are organized for people with disabilities or with low level of qualifications who wish to work in the catering industry. The trainees, fulfilling their internships in their home or in a partner organization, will be accompanied by teachers and/ or professionals.
Result The internships will dynamise beneficiairies' occupational and geographical mobility. This way, the access to professional mobility at European level will be given to people with disabilities and with low level of qualifications, both in classical and specialized restaurants.
