These training modules of the Zero Barrier were elaborated based on the existing modules Luculus such as 'pot au feu', 'reception, storage and distribution of the agrifood products' and 'cleaning' and are available in all partner languages and in spoken languages.
The 'pot au feu' module, divided into specific tasks, is an example of significant working situation in link with the job repository Assistant Chef and refers to relevant competencies and knowledge.
These training and teaching modules of the Zero Barrier method will be available on digital tablets and will contain visual, graphic and sonor pedagogical materials, etc.
These training modules are dedicated to beneficiaries (people with disabilities or with low level of qualifications, teachers and tutors), as well as to catering professionals.
Evaluators are also able to use them when evaluating beneficiaries in significant working situations.
The modules on digital tablets are available in 10 sequences translated in all languages of the partnership. They allow through given significant working situations to acquire skills, knowledge and abilities identified in the Assistant Chef occupational guidelines.
These modules are the result of a common reflection on the professional occupational guidelines Assistant Chef, complete it and provide added value to the Zero Barrier project.
