The methodological guide aims at explaining how was designed and thought the Zero Barrier method based on the consolidation of the assistant chef profile during the experimentation phase.
The methodological guide allows explaining all stages of construction, of experimentation and of application of the Zero Barrier method.
This is a learning tool, a tool of capitalization of knowledge at European level, tested in 5 partner countries in 5 languages.
Target group The Zero Barrier methodological guide is dedicated to people with disabilities or with low level of qualifications without any discrimination, to professionals in the catering industry, as well as to teachers and tutors wishing to benefit from the Zero Barrier method and tools.
Result The methodological guide is in progress and will be available at the end of the experimental phase which conditions, criteria and results will be also described.
Area of application The methodological guide is a central element of the dissemination of the Zero Barrier project.
