Description Recognition of the assistant chef profession will be complete once it is certified and registered in the French RNCP (National Directory of Professional Certifications). The registration of the assistant chef will be accompanied with the Europass tool available with the certification and easily readable on European level.
The beneficiaries of the certification will be the persons wishing to work as an assistant chef.
All partner organization in the project are working on the certification of the assistant chef profession within their countries so the certification can be mutual.
Result The assistant chef certification will guarantee mobility of professionals in the catering industry at European level, as they skills are valid and recognized within and outside the country.
Area of application In accordance with the subsidiarity principle, each partner is studying the possibilities of recognizing the skills in its own country.
