Description These papers represent two actions facilitating the dissemination. First, the report on the harmonization of methods prepared by the Belgian partner, Work'Inn, allowed to deepen the reflexion on the evaluation process in UK, in particulatr in Scotland. In addition, a report on vocational training, assessment and certification in Scotland, in Ireland and in Northern United Kingdom was prepared by Culinary Ability Awards.
Target group Partners associated to the dissemination, training providers and certification bodies, professionals in the catering trade.
Result Two types of paper: review of existing trainings and certification procedures and Report on training, evaluation and certification.
