Description It is a table compiling Acquired Learning Units according to the ECVET method, created in order to define professional occupational guidelinese of Assistant Chef profile, his professional tasks and gestures. The table, which is organized in units, activities, competencies and knowledges, gives a comprehensive definition of the Assistant Chef profile and serves as basis for experimental phase, and more specifically, for assessment of beneficiaries in a professional situation.
Target group This ECVET Assistant Chef table is initially dedicated to its beneficiaries for the affirmation of their skills, to professionals for their recognition and to evaluators for their validation.
Result The ECVET Assistant Chef table will be subject of recognition of this professional profile first by national authorities, then by the European ones.
