Description The training modules, concepts and teaching methods of the Assistant Chef occupation and of the FoodCom code were created in order to guarantee the quality and effectiveness of the workplace training with beneficiaries.
Target group The training modules are dedicated to trainers/ supervisors in the process of teaching Assistant chefs and of the FoodCom code.
Result As a result, 15 people that have attended the training for FoodCom trainers/supervisors received the accreditation. In consequence, these people are able to provide FoodCom training lasting 2-3 days to interested beneficiaries.
