Marketing Text 6 Roundtable discussions were organized back-to-back with the InfoDays, one by each partner in each target country //BE/COPA, EL/Militos, EL/HAU, IT/UNIMC, IT/INIPA, LV/LVFP.
Roundtable Discussions were strategically essential meetings that aim to feed into the Sustainability and Exploitation Strategy and Plan of the Farm inc. project and consortium. The events were opened to the wider public and communicated via all means available. At the same time, partners ensured that the approximatly 20 of the participants are representatives of the target groups, whose feedback was useful in this direction as well as people who could constitute future partners in exploiting the projects results and the online interactive e-learning platform.
Infoday and Roundtable discussion events were dynamically communicated to the wider public as they were held together back-to-back. Invitation online, offline, email, open announcements (project and partner websites, social media, press), direct contact with target group representatives were all helpful and necessary means to achieve wide participation and engagement of stakeholders.
Each Roundtable discussion was held in national partner language, except for BE where english was used as the official EU language.
Target group Farmers, Farm owners, Agricultural entrepreneurs & Agri-businesses, Farmer associations and unions, Farm colleges and VET schools, trainers and students, marketers, Agriculturalists and related scientists, National/local authorities & Policy actors, Press (on agricultural and related issues, etc.) and any other audience that would be interested in attending and useful for the dissemination of the project and its results.
Participation of approximately 20 key stakeholders in each Roundtable discussion were reached.
Conclusions from the Roundtable discussions (COPA, Militos, UNIMC, INIPA, LVFP) were reported in EN to be used as input for drafting of the Exploitation and Sustainability plan by the WP leader.
Reports of the event are included in the Exploitation and Sustainablility plan.
