Marketing Text The Quality Management had a dynamic character and was not limited to the drafting of the reports. Continuous monitoring of the project activities on a day-to-day basis was ensured by the WP leader who provided assessment input to the Project Management and the other WP leaders as well as suggestions for corrective steps where it is deemed necessary.
Two quality management reports was produced (M12, M24):
-The first one was produced at the mid-point of the project’s lifetime where the project activities up to then were evaluated and recommendations were made for possible improvements in the second part of the project.
-The second report was produced at the end of the project and evaluated all project activities and outputs. It also provided recommendations for future activities beyond the lifetime of the project.
Target group Consortium, Funding Agency
Result The role of the quality management plan and assurance and control activities have been to safeguard that the consortium would successfully deliver high quality outputs as foreseen in the project proposal. In this respect, the quality management of Farm Inc has reached its goals. Of course, the high quality outputs that have been delivered are due to the professionalism, high mutual appreciation and fast decision making and action among the project partners.
