Marketing Text The elaboration of the SWOT analysis which will form the basis on which the SC will carry out the validation of the activities related to the pilot phase (see WPs 5 and 8 of the project).
The SWOT analysis aims to identify the effects of the QPA path implemented on the learning processes of students, enhancing the positive results on the motivation for completing the course of study and highlighting the weaknesses of the transfer process respect to the implementing context, also with reference to the application benchmarks achieved over time by QPA method.
It will determine whether, in relation to the pilot phase and any changes in the context, the lines of action identified are still valid.
It supports the verification of the operation of technological devices and software or deficiencies documented in terms of content.
It helps, based on the information collected to date, the verification of the conditions of application in the next phase (transfer of the QPA method on larger scale – WP 6) and any necessary changes.
The strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats were identified on the basis of the data collected.
Discussion among the partners (co-working) to verify and integrate the strengths, weakness, opportunities and threats.
