Revised Strategies for internationalization and commercialization of business
The structure and the content of strategies after revision was left, enriched by
some new elements. Experts from Foundation had to engage additionally in the
process of construction.
On the strategic side, it shall focus on determining the value-added possible
from international cooperation between Polish and international firms, i.e.
subcontracting, service agreements, exports and investment promotion.
On the marketing side, it focused on e-marketing and online marketing,
including developing information-rich websites in multiple languages that (a)
promote members and concepts, (b) perform well in search engine results, and
(c) convert visitors to customers. This includes an active social media marketing

Strategies have been not published, since they include some sensitive for
business networks data. They were tested by coordinators of involved clusters
and some academics
