Marketing Text Der IPCC stellt fest, dass neben Minderung der zweite Resonanz, die Anpassung an dem Klimawandel die Bewältigung steigender Temperatur und Extremereignisse erfordert. Der IPCC-Bericht stellte die Prognose Klimaparameter für die CEE - SEE-Ländern. Es zeigt, dass wir zur häufigeren Extremwetterereignisse anpassen müssen, deshalb erfordern Benutzer Vollziehung erneute Erwägung im Bezug auf die Wasserversorger. Inzwischen muss auch die Bereitschaft verbessert werden. Trotz dieser Tatsachen ist das Problemenbehandlung der Städte im Verzögerung. EWR-Mitgliedstaaten befinden sich in unterschiedlichen Stadien der Vorbereitung. Die Entwicklungstempo hängt von der Größenordnung und Art der beobachteten Auswirkungen ab, Bewertung der aktuellen und zukünftigen Verwundbarkeit und der Fähigkeit zur Anpassung. Das Projekt hat die Absicht Methoden und Lösungen zu übertragen, identifiziert wahrscheinlichen Szenarien die Leben und Vermögenswerte retten können.
The Consortium formed for the Techniques and methods for climate change adaptation for cities ("3C for Sustainable Cities") under the Tempus Public Foundation consists of two top level educational institutions and one regional private company, furthermore two remarkable representatives of national municipal water utilities.
The project aims to transfer know-how for climate change adaptation to Hungary and Romania consists of methodology/approach for topic analyzes, scenario building technique, LLL educational materials and also a guide for local handbook(s), which based on several existing project results of DHI Czech office which describe to municipalities how they can plan and mitigate the impacts from climate changes and what actions and measures are to be prepared to get adapt to the phenomena. All knowledge is based on the word-wide accepted state-of-the-art knowledge of ICCP (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Changes) knowledge. The sector affected basically will be the same as on which the transfer originates although the use for other (e.g. industry and agriculture) is aimed to be shown and dealt.
The IPCC (Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) states that beside mitigation the second response, adaptation for climate change is learning to cope with temperature increases and extreme events associated with it. IPCC report presented the forecast climate parameters for CEE-SEE countries shows that we have to cope with more frequent extreme meteorological events and therefore demand-user fulfilments reconsideration in relation to water provider and meanwhile human skills and preparedness has to be improved. Despite these facts the issues of cities are in still delay. EEA member countries are at different stages of preparing, developing and implementing national adaptation strategies. The development depends on the magnitude and nature of the observed impacts, assessments of current and future vulnerability and the capacity to adapt. Romania and Hungary is far behind in mitigation and adaptation planning that valid for education, too, especially on field of urban water. The project aims to overstep on that situation by transferring methods and solutions, showing how the identification of probable scenarios saves life and assets.
Structured certified trainings and seminars will be implemented in HU and RO to bodies and entities related to city level management of emergency water issues in order to 1) stimulate cooperation among relevant bodies and develop current needs based guidelines providing way of solutions for mitigation and adaptation to climate change issues to improve human skills and preparedness; 2) overcome lack of knowledge in climate change related tasks to be implemented on city level; 3) facilitate communication between bodies providing life-long-learning education trainings, state service providers (officers) and state-of-the-art innovation holders.
The project provides as intangible outcomes methodological knowledge of adaptation to climate change on urban level, focussing on water supply, sewerage and urban drainage for a core staff of national experts (trainers). They are expected that as follow-up activity subsequently disseminate this knowledge by training courses and consultations. This will be supported guidance tailor-made for national conditions in national languages. The structure of consortium clearly serves to reach the above aims. The international consulting company, DHI a.s. Prague as innovation supplier is well experienced in such types of activities in partner countries with qualified staff. Budapest University of Technology and Economics and Technical University of Budapest under the group of best universities of their countries will receive and disseminate the innovative knowledge. They will function as educational centres for VET, as well. Partners North Transdanubian Water Utility Ltd. Tatabánya and S.C. Apa Nova Bucharest are remarkable representatives of national municipal water utilities. They will execute the pilot work so the knowledge directly will be transferred on their systems.
