Marketing Text Electronic portfolio of evidence of teaching performance provides a consistent and reproducible record of performance as an Competent or Expert teacher which can be used across Europe.
The Electronic Portfolio is a repository, an electronic database which contains background information, evidence of activities as a teacher, training for teaching etc. The portfolio forms the foundation of life-long learning and continuing personal development. It concentrates on evidence of teaching performance. It include pre-definied types of evidence of teaching expertise.
The Electronic Portfolio operationalizes the comprehensive and complex structure of the Template into simple, user friendly electronic tool. The user (both the applicant – the appraisee and the appraiser – reviewer) login to their individual accounts, can see their work progress and are reminder by the program to fill obligatory elements.
