Marketing Text Projekt RUBIGAS wird an Landwirte und Landbewohner gerichtet, um alternative Einkommensquelle zu entwickeln. Es ist auch fokussiert auf natürliche Umwelt zu schützen. Dieses Projekt wird auf der RESNET Projekt von slowakischen Landwirtschaft Universität geleitet basiert.
All agricultural activities, including the production of food is dependent on the electricity at practically all stages. The greater is demand for electricity, the more modern and high-tech technologies are used for its production . It also increases with the growth of farm and new investments. In many rural areas, aging infrastructure, energy systems and a chronic lack of funds for new investment leads to economic and civilization collapse. This leads to the impoverishment of people, increase of unemployment, and even emigration. Ensuring supply of agro-energy plant and disposal, would reverse these negative processes, would reduce the negative social phenomena and enabled sustainable development of local entrepreneurship, based on local natural resources and local renewable energy sources (RES). Strong and effective support of the development of renewable energy can be a way to improve farm budgets agricultural and other businesses involved in the production of energy and construction and operation of systems, agro-bio-energetic.
In Europe, there are a number of different levels of biogas plants in rural areas. Western European countries in this respect are much better developed than the countries of Eastern Europe. The subject of agricultural biogas plants is quite new in Poland. On the basis of analyses conducted by the National Research Institute of Animal Production, there is a very strong interest in small plants of agricultural farmers. Document entitled "Polish Energy Policy until 2030" assumes that by 2020 each municipality will create biogas plant. Therefore, first of all it is necessary to support educational efforts to disseminate knowledge on agricultural biogas plants. A similar situation as in Poland takes place in the partner countries of the project that is in Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania and Cyprus. Partner from Slovakia successfully conducted project called "Resnet" on the subject of the renewable energy. This project was the basis for the transfer of innovation in the project RUBIGAS. The project was greatly expanded and modernized by adding module on agricultural biogas plants and the entire project was adapted and dedicated for farmers and residents of rural areas. Since the beginning of the project lifetime the consortium of the Rubigas project undertook several activities according to the project proposal and work plan.
Establishing ways of contacting with partners. Co-ordination of partners activity during preparation for realization of WP2. Starting preparation of the “Quality management manual of the project”. Development of the “Quality management manual" of the project. Organization of kick-off meeting in Cracow. Setting agenda of first meeting, presentation of partner’s tasks and duties during upcoming half a year.
Completing of ADAM database.
Establishing basic content of the questionnaire during kick-off meeting in Cracow. Further elaborating detailed questionnaire.

Elaboration of results and compilation within 3 groups: 1) Elaboration of poll survey, analysis of answers, setting of the answers percentage, formulation of conclusions, 2) Elaboration of materials collected during interviews with experts. Strong and weak points of training needs, indicators of the range of developing of new module and training outcomes, 3) Final Need Analysis Report - first version presented on the 2-nd meeting. After 2-nd meeting preparation of the final version of the Need Analysis Report.

Electronic resources development.
There was developed project web site www.rubigas.eu with the all information about project. There was also e-learning environment prepared for the future courses www.rubigas.eu. Also intranet was established and available for consortium members on the www.rubigas.izoo.krakow.pl.
All consortium members disseminated project by executing different activities during first year of the project lifetime. To disseminate project there was elaborated dissemination plan containing visual identity with templates for roll-up, laflets, presentation background, poster. Each partner made own roll-up and leaflet in national language and has been using it during dissemination activities.

- translation and adaptation of the training modules
- cross evaluation of the training modules
- finishing e-learning environment
- adaptation of the training module content to the e-learning environment
- preparing and providing pilot testing
- dissemination and organization of the final conferences
- printing handbook in every partners language
- final evaluation of the project

-The need analyses report was a result of the performed survey and interviews with experts. The product is available in the open database ADAM.
-The Quality Management Manual described quality policy of the whole project.
QMM defined the activities preformed in providing independent visibility into the quality of process being used and products being built for the Rubigas Project.
-The training methodology it was a handbook about ways of development of the training content and execution of the training.
-E-learning portal which was the main environment for e-learning course. Product contained all project logos and was available in all partners languages and in English. There was available training content in the restricted area of the platform.
-External evaluation executed by external evaluator. The document described first and second period of the project from external point of view with strong and weak points and recomendations.
- Handbook available in PL, RO,EL, BG and SK language version.
