Technical document of the bilan de competences elaborated by the Italian network of bilan de competences providers and used as a framework document for the elaboration of the national system of bilan de competences. So far, only Slovak version was published on the website, English translation will be provided later in the project.
Czech methodology of the bilan de competences (bilan diagnostic) elaborated in 2013 presents a psychologizing approach to the bilan de competences. The guide was published in 2 languages on the website.
European framework document for the bilan de compétences (PDF SK|EN): European Federation of Centres of Career Guidance and Bilan de Compétences (FECBOP) in cooperation with Italian partners developed a technical document, which was the basis for legislative anchoring the bilan de compétences at the national level in Italy. The document describes the framework principles and philosophy of the bilan de compétences.
Quality criteria of the bilan de compétences (PDF SK|EN): 11 quality criteria for the bilan de compétences that are basis of the audit, under which the provider may (center) of bilan de compétences be certified “European quality framework for bilan de compétences”. Quality is assessed at four levels, certificate is granted only if the centre attains the 3 (Client-oriented counselling with a strong pedagogical component) and 4 (Improve the autonomy of the client in the long term, developing career management skills).
Competence portfolio (PDF SK|EN): Competence portfolio is a key method of the bilan de compétences in many countries, the link between career guidance and system of recognition of non-formal learning. In the first place it must always must be a pedagogical tool, contributing to the development of career management skills. In this sense, the value of the portfolio lies not in its formal structure, but in the didactic processes used (the most common form is a group work, accompanied by a qualified counsellor). This document is a shortened version of the portfolio used in French centres for bilan de compétences (CIBC).
Final Report (PDF SK|EN): Example of the final report of the bilan de compétences, used at French labor offices. Strict structure allows high usable value for Labour Office counsellor, in addition to the report the client receives personal, strictly confidential part of the report and competence portfolio.
Methodology of bilan diagnostic in CR (PDF SK|EN): Detailed description of the theoretical background, course and diagnostic tools used in the bilan diagnostic. Publication represents the systemic organization providing bilan diagnostics in the Czech Republic, including the selection of clients, training of counsellors, Code of Ethics, etc.. Czech approach is significantly psychologizing and lacks formalized approach to work with developed professional skills (competence portfolio).
