Die Internet wurde in 21. Jahrhundert ein alltäglicher Teil des Lebens geworden. Heutzutage ist jeder und alles online. Es gilt auch für die berufliche Bildung. In den letzten fünf Jahren haben sich Hunderte von Leonardo da Vinci Projekte mit Berufsausbildung und Erwachsenenbildung und E-Learning-Lösungen behandelt. Die "E-Learning ist eine der angesagtesten Modewort in der Ausbildung”. Die schnelle technische Veränderungen und die Sozial-Medien versichern neue Platformen in der Online-Ausbildung.
Das Ziel von unserem Projekt ist, die Essenz von LdV-Projekte, die von E-Learning handeln, zu definieren, diese von mehrere Aspekte zu kategorisieren, die beste Praktiken des Sektors zu bestimmen und diese Ergebnisse zwischen den Institutionen der VET in Europa zu disseminieren.Wir konzentrieren sich auf die Lösungen, die für die White-Collar-Jobs Ausbildungen und Trainins genutzt werden können.
Internet has by now become an everyday part of the 21st century life. Everyone and everything is getting online. Nor the field of vocational education can be left behind! In the last 5 years, hundreds of Leonardo da Vinci projects dealt with e-learning solutions in vocational education and training, making “e-learning” one of the trendiest buzzwords in this area.
Our project aims at distilling knowledge on LdV projects dealing with e-learning, categorizing them according to several aspects, selecting sectorial good-practices and disseminating them among VET stakeholders throughout Europe. Our focus will be on solutions that could be utilized in white-collar education and training.
In the course of the project partners are studying, analyzing and categorizing the ongoing and finished LLP projects providing e-learning solutions for VET. The created database – which provides the opportunity to custom-tailor information according to their needs – will be introduced to several potential stakeholders groups in various ways. Besides meeting our stakeholders personally (personal meetings, workshops for stakeholders, annual conferences of the partners, “summer camp” for project managers, international conference) we are compiling an online showcase of e-learning solutions supported by forums in social media networks.
Existing e-learning solutions classified combined with the needs of the targeted sector allows best practices to be exploited throughout Europe through a sustainable easy transfer: training providers’ getting familiar with more options in applying innovative, state of the art solutions in e-learning will motivate and encourage e-learning solution developers. By disseminating existing, tried and tested best practice solutions in the field of white-collar VET, the spreading of e-learning solutions will support more flexible learning pathways and make lifelong learning including quality in VET a reality for the public.
The classification system developed in the course of the project will provide the opportunity of ranking e-learning solutions supporting also the aspects defined by a needs assessment of the training providers, thus offering them “custom-tailored” solutions best suiting their needs. Training providers’ getting familiar with more options in applying best methodologies, techniques in e-learning will motivate and encourage e-learning solution developers in improving quality and think innovative.
A well-prepared project management will ensure the sound management and proper administration of the project including all relevant project management tools according to the international project management standards, with focus on value for money and cost-effectiveness. It will use Internet-based collaborative tools together with more, traditional administrative tools and techniques to ensure that the project outcome is properly documented.
Right at the beginning of the project a strong teambuilding including all task allocations and roles will be clarified in the course of the kick-off meeting. Partners will be committed to the project and will show their high integrity. A strong communication line will be built between all partners. Feedback will be very important among partners and all decisions will be made in the team. Every project team member will know what needs to be done, because every work package will be explained and planned in a proper manner. Very important project management tools will be applied in order to make the project planning as transparent as possible.
The structure of the project team will be the following:
- Each partner delegate one person to the SC, which is the main decision-making body of the project. Decisions of the SC are made based on consensus.

E-learning solutions classification system (methodology)
The classification system covers a methodology along which the partners will evaluate the ongoing and finished projects. The elaborated methodology will include aspects of categorisation of projects by the type of the e-learning solution provided, the target group, the technology and the method applied, the possible future development opportunities, the results reached, the deliverables produced, the communication, dissemination and exploitation issues. The methodology will provide inputs for database programming, ranking projects, and also for clarifying the cross-references between them.
Database of good practices in e-learning solutions
After ranking the good practices by the partners, a set of at least 80-100 good practices with the products created during their implementation phases (methodologies, presentations, lecture books, etc) will be developed according to the aspects determined in the previous WPs.
AWARENESS RAISING FOR EXISTING SOLUTIONS (EXPLOITATION OF RESULTS)
Compiling a booklet on good / best practices of "white-collar" type solutions' communication best practices:
P3 will draft the booklet in English on the ranked e-learning solutions. The solutions to be presented in the booklet will be selected during the 2-day workshop in Maribor SI.
Database of good practices in e-learning solutions
There are several hundreds of projects providing e-learning solutions to vocational education. Selecting “white collar” tape solutions, then good practices based on the investigations (with the use of the templates) will result in still having numerous projects. After ranking the good practices by the partners, a set of at least 80-100 good practices with the products created during their implementation phases (methodologies, presentations, lecture books, etc) will be developed according to the aspects determined in the previous WPs.
P3 will develop a questionnaire which serves as the basic tool for assessing the potential stakeholders’ needs. The questions developed will not differ since the type and nature of questions are almost the same in case of all potential stakeholders (VET institutions, associations, labor offices, policy makers). Questions will relate – besides contact and identification – to the experience, the short term, longer term and special plans of the stakeholders, and – of course – will respect the relevant legislation on protection of individuals.
The questionnaire will be available in electronic form but may be printed also. The aim is to have as much stakeholder information as possible in order to be able to provide custom-tailored information.

There are several hundreds of projects providing e-learning solutions to vocational education. Selecting “white collar” tape solutions, then good practices based on the investigations (with the use of the templates) will result in still having numerous projects.
First the database of partners participating in the development of the particular e-learning solutions will be created, later completing with the questionnaires we expect some 500 stakeholders to be included in the stakeholders’ database.
Certain information from the database contents will be public offering opportunity for networking, information shareing and forming possible partnerships for future initiations (not being part of the current project proposal).
