Marketing Text Die INVET Projekt zielt auf die Entwicklung eines Toolkits, die bei einer Online-Schulungen und Ressourcen-Center, einschließlich Networking-Funktionen zur Verfügung, Targeting ivet Manager, Trainer und Tutoren / Berater (i) es ihnen ermöglicht, Fähigkeiten zu entwickeln, um in einem früheren Stadium Auszubildenden in Gefahr erkennen Herausfallen des Berufsbildungssystems und zur Gestaltung und Umsetzung geeigneter Strategien, um mit diesem Phänomen in ihrem täglichen Trainingseinheiten beschäftigen, (ii) es ihnen ermöglichen, die Erhöhung der Preise früher Schulabgänger zu verhindern und reduzieren die aktuellen Preise von Konzeption und Umsetzung "Aktionspläne" gerichtet zu generieren mehr Attraktivität der beruflichen Erstausbildung bietet in ihren Institutionen.
Europa 2020 agenda ambitions focus that policies shall contribute to reduce early leavers from education and training up to 10% in order to assure the conditions for the desirable economic development (economic growth in Europe and higher levels of competitiveness’ of European companies). The actual average rate stills at 13,5% and there is an urgent need of promoting effective strategies enabling an holist approach to this problem. VET systems need to be more attractive in order to reduce the number of early leavers and thus the number of young adults low qualified.
INVET project aims to contribute to this priority by promoting the development of a toolkit addressing iVET Managers, Trainers, Tutors/Counsellors. The toolkit will be available at an online training and resource center (including networking features) that will allow it users to develop skills to detect at an earlier stage trainees at risk of dropping out the VET system and to design and implement suitable strategies to deal with this phenomenon in their daily training sessions
INVET aims to impact positively in the VET systems of the involve partners countries by promoting effective tools to improve attractiveness of iVET offers and by that way reinforce its goal of contributing to the overall economic development by providing labour market with young adults qualified.
The consortium gathers 7 partners from 5 different countries well experienced and high interested in this area, namely VET providers, and VET providers associations, that will work together in the developing of a toolkit to prevent dropouts and foster trainees’ inclusion by adapting resources from 2 previous projects developed in the sector of education.

The main objectives of the project are:
To generate awareness to the negative impacts of iVET earlier leavers high rates and the necessity of combating the phenomenon of earlier leavers and of promoting strategies to deal with it;
To design and develop strategies, tools and resources addressed to iVET Managers, Trainers and Tutors/Counsellors aimed at supporting their skills development enable them to be able to detect at an earlier stage trainees at risk of dropping out of iVET courses and implement in their daily training sessions strategies to deal with potential dropouts;
To promote skills development and networking opportunities among iVET Managers, Trainers and Tutors/Counsellors, improving their understanding of the phenomenon of early leavers and their competences to develop “action plans” to promote higher attractiveness of iVET courses offers of their institutions.

The toolkit will consist of a set of resources to be adapted and developed including features allowing: i) the assessment of young trainees at risk of exclusion from iVET; ii) the implementation of effective individual counselling methodologies that will help to keep trainees on track; iii) development of iVET Managers, Trainers, Tutors/Counsellors skills to improve their daily practices and training sessions, generating higher attraction of iVET offers.
In detail, the INVET toolkit will include:
- a risk assessment tool allowing the identification of trainees at risk of exclusion and of the causes;
- a methodological framework for individual counselling to be provided by iVET Managers, Trainers, Tutors/Counsellors;
- a training course to support skills development of iVET Managers, Trainers, Tutors/Counsellors to deal and cope with early school leavers and to improve their teaching/training practices.
