Marketing Text The PROVIDE report summarises activities and results of the first project phase in terms of concrete demands of educational professionals and the education institutes as far as training and learning contexts, opportunities and resources are concerned.
Description The report is based on comprehensive stocktaking activities that gathered both quantitative and qualitative data of a large variety of educational providers in the regions of the partners. Furthermore, the report gives an overview of available validation and training offers at the interface between formal and informal learning in regard to the proposed set of key competences of educational professionals.
Target group Partners, VET professionals, National Agencies, EU Commission, and interested public
Result The report shows in which contexts the project target groups are working, what learning needs they have regarding continuous professional development (CPD) and competence based learning (CBL) and in how far they are familiar with different validation approaches. Thus, it is one of the core documents on which the subsequent development works are based on - a competence based learning framework for continuing professional development of VET-professionals and the validation of key competences of VET-professionals, that is.
