Marketing Text The need to educate sensory professionals is a great challenge. Sensory information has tremendous strategic and business applications. An e-learning course focused in food companies needs will lead to a more succesfull innovative companies and an increase in cometitiveness of SMEs of the Food and Drink sector in Europe.
Description From the idea to the marketed product, the course will tought participants the whole process of product innovation. By means of a flexible and friendly e-platform called Moodle the course will combine theoretical and practical contents, interactive training tasks and self-evaluations.
