Marketing Text The report covered regional as well as general findings of the Qualification Needs which have been a good starting point for the development of a common solution for the Danube regions (R10).
Description IT Service Management is a discipline for managing IT systems, centered on the customer’s perspective of IT’s contribution to the business. Thus, by strengthening the performance of SME’s IT departments, ITSM enables process innovation (e.g. eProcurement) and product innovations (e.g. client services) can be promoted. The goal of ITSM4SME was to make SME‘s aware of the potential of ITSM and train them using a blended-learning approach and a simplified ITSM method tailored to the needs of SME.
