Marketing Text The main product of the project summarizes the experiences of the Competence-Checks and the pilot coaching with business women in four partner countries. The model considers different thematic levels of leadership competences together with relevant aspects of managing SMEs successfully. It allows a flexible usage according to the resources within the particular European country.
The House Model "Fair to Success" was the basis of the whole concept. It has been confirmed in all parts and it was included into the Competence-Model unchanged. The Competence-Check which is in harmony with the House Model has been proven and it was also included into the Competence-Model.
The coaching model, now Competence-Model has been further developed for the following points:
1. Clear identification and assignment of the roles of the persons accompanying the participant women as well as of the professional requirements to fulfill these tasks.
2. Introduction of three competence levels: the development of self-confidence, the development of leadership competences, and the development of business competences.
3. Introduction of an additional level of "Mentoring competence", which focuses on a long lasting operational implementation of the coaching results by the participant women.
