Die Ergebnisse bestehen in einer Bildungspaket mit technischen und methodischen Inhalte in Englisch, Rumänisch, Spanisch und Türkisch ; die experimentellen Trainingsverfahren : für die Anpassung , Prüfung und Validierung der technischen Materialien und Werkzeuge ; Projekt-Website -Plattform für E-Learning ; Qualitätshandbuch von TRAIN- RES -Projekt ; Verbreitung Materialien ; innovative Bildungsverfahren für Landwirtschaft , natürliche Ressourcen, Umwelt und ländliche Entwicklung .
Die angestrebte Wirkung besteht in der Know-how durch die Diversifizierung der Berufsbildung und LL gewonnen ; internationale Zusammenarbeit; neue Wirtschaft, Arbeit, und Servicemöglichkeiten und Verbesserung der Lebensqualität für die Menschen aus den ländlichen Gebieten ; und Konsistenz der Schulungen, die Einrichtung des RES Centre of Excellence in der Berufsbildung .
Summary The overall objective of the project was the transfer of technical knowledge about renewable energies, in detail about solid biomass, gas fuel, liquid biofuel, solar energy, wind energy and geothermal resources.
Due to the activities developed in the frame of the TRAIN-RES a complex training resource was adapted contributing to the improvement of vocational training on renewable energy sources. These innovative training materials are enabling to develop specific skills for renewable energy sector, especially for people from rural areas.
The innovative tools and knowledge were efficiently transferred to the partners form ES - P3, RO – P0 + P6 and TR- P4 through the training sessions provided by the partner from Austria. These training sessions were conscientiously prepared and the content was chosen under the aspect of great actuality and to present actual examples and business plans. Moreover P5 divided the content into training sessions. The target groups for training the trainers in the partner countries were chosen by the partners itself with support of P5. So at the end of WP2 the lectures were prepared to be held in the partner countries and the target groups, consisting of 12 future trainers in each partner country were chosen. Three lectures were held in each partner country with the target group of 12 future trainers. The last lecture session organized in each partner country has had a special focus on realizing business plans for using renewable energy but also for energy-efficiency projects.
The main objective achieved of these training sessions was to prepare the target group of 12 future trainers per country to teach into the future the contents of the lectures to other target groups from rural areas. After nine training sessions, three from each partner, the knowledge and expertise of P5 were transferred to each target group of 12 future trainers.
40 awareness activities are addressed to farmers, private and public persons that will be able to use the knowledge, know-how, and practices of RES were organized during the project.
In order to improve the expertise and to facilitate the access of ordinary people to the knowledge on renewable energy sources, the E-LEARNING platform in four languages was developed on the web site of the project: http://www.train-res.univ-ovidius.ro/en/e-learning.
Establishing the Renewable Energy Sources Center of Excellence in Vocational Education Training - RESCEVET - to support the community by increasing competitiveness in the labor market.

As already described in the application, the main results of the project are the training materials that are based on the handbook of the RECORA project and, the e-learning platform and the establishment of RESCEVET.
The training materials were optimized, extended and expanded with sample projects, business plans and the specific needs of the partner countries. The overall structure and content of the training materials is as it was described in the application. The set of elaborated and printed educational materials Training Materials is composed of 6 Modules. Each Module is design for both, trainers and trainees, composed of a Technical Guide, a Guide for Trainees, a Guide for Trainers.
The material is available as printed version in 4 languages, Romanian, English, Spanish, and Turkish, but also in digital versions (word document and pdf) on the E-Learning Platform.
The Training Materials are as following:
1.Module 1 Solid Biomass with Technical Guide
Vocational training of the course and associated skills facilitate the involvement of learners in solving specific technical activities in the renewable energy sector, solid biomass, geothermal energy, solar energy, wind energy, biogas and biofuel energies .
The modules have as main objectives to acquiring general knowledge assembly, to allow the assumption of technical approaches in the sense of deepening theoretical and practical framework developed and applied in renewable energy area and both, to stimulate and create innovation and solving capabilities of problems associated with renewable energy.
The practical side to these modules is a set of case studies for rural people who want to study the technical and financial viability of possible projects using technologies of energy production from solid biomass and to acquire entrepreneurial skills for development of a business plan in order to apply for his own business.
The Centre of Excellence in Renewable Energy Sources Vocational Educational Training (RESCEVET) mission is to provide opportunities for vocational training in Renewable Energy Sources as a result of implementing of this project and to reward proven excellence in both teaching and training as well as learning and training.
The aim of this Centre is to help the community through education and training to create new jobs and business opportunities,. Based on aquired knowledge on renewable energy sources could be created job opportunities for people in regions where there are otherwise limited employment opportunities, such as rural areas. It could be created jobs , such as in operating and maintaining equipment, or jobs arising along the renewable energy supply-chain (manufacturing, specialized services), and by adapting existing expertise to the needs of renewable energy.
RESCEVET was setting-up during the Transnational project meeting on 28 May 2014. RESCEVET will be located in Constanta, without legal personality and will function at the Faculty of Mechanical, Industrial and Maritime Engineering of "Ovidius" University of Constanta and will its infrastructure. At "Ovidius" University of Constanta level, the establishment of the Centre of Excellence was approved unanimously by the Council of Administration no. 1036 / 11.11..2014 and Senate Decision no. 1438 / 13.11.2014. On November 26, 2014 the documents for accreditation was submitted to NA.
