The Centre of Excellence in Renewable Energy Sources Vocational Educational Training (RESCEVET) mission is to provide opportunities for vocational training in Renewable Energy Sources as a result of implementing of this project and to reward proven excellence in both teaching and training as well as learning and training.
The aim of this Centre is to help the community through education and training to create new jobs and business opportunities,. Based on aquired knowledge on renewable energy sources could be created job opportunities for people in regions where there are otherwise limited employment opportunities, such as rural areas. It could be created jobs , such as in operating and maintaining equipment, or jobs arising along the renewable energy supply-chain (manufacturing, specialized services), and by adapting existing expertise to the needs of renewable energy.
This center will provide the future exchange of technical knowledge about renewable resources and offer the actual training materials for the use in the partner countries. Moreover, the TrainRes partners decided to cooperate in future in working out and designing new application forms for future common projects vocational training concerning renewable energy and energy efficiency.
The products offered by RESCEVET will contribute for increasing the capacity of continuous vocational training in e-learning and traditional knowledge by providing accumulation of results and exchange of best practices in renewable energy sources.
Cooperation in the frame of RESCEVET will increase the quality of v of project partners in RO, TR, and ES, which would ensure the attraction, development and concentration of human and material resources, the training level of excellence in the field of renewable energy sources.
RESCEVET will provide a flexible learning and training and increasing the attractiveness of courses offered.
RECEVET will increase access to information on opportunities for qualification in the field of renewable energy.
RESCEVET is increasing skill in the field of renewable energy resources, seen as a response to labor market demands in the field and an alternative for different categories of stakeholders who are seeking a job.
The courses offered by RESCEVET are providing knowledge necessary to promote access to existing funding sources at national and international level and connection European area of education and training and are raising awareness and promoting positive attitudes towards entrepreneurial culture, also promoting entrepreneurship as an important factor of economic competitiveness.
Target group People from rural areas, farmers, students, unemployed, rural school teachers, members of several communities interested in renewable energy sources, organizations working in the field of renewable energy, public institutions, local authorities, organizations and NGOs in the field of training, universities, schools
Result A Centre of Excellence in Renewable Energy Sources Vocational Educational Training that was setting-up during the Transnational project meeting on 28 May 2014. RESCEVET will be located in Constanta, without legal personality and will function at the Faculty of Mechanical, Industrial and Maritime Engineering of "Ovidius" University of Constanta and will its infrastructure. At "Ovidius" University of Constanta level, the establishment of the Centre of Excellence was approved unanimously by the Council of Administration no. 1036 / 11.11..2014 and Senate Decision no. 1438 / 13.11.2014. On November 26, 2014 the documents for accreditation was submitted to NA.
