Marketing Text The document contains the results of the competitive analysis on e-learning technologies and a forecast of the further opportunities linked to E-Green Jobs platform deployment.
The Study report concerns “e-green technologies” available on the market with which E-Green Jobs system and resources (including e-learning solutions) can compete.
The document contains the results of the competitive analysis on e-learning technologies and a forecast of the further opportunities linked to E-Green Jobs platform deployment.
Consistently with its aims, the report has been articulated in three main parts, as also shown in the next picture.
The first part represents a synthetic explanatory description of the platform and of the components developed and tested in E-Green Jobs project, which has been useful to investigate alternative or comparable technologies and/or functional solutions. This part highlighted as E-Green Jobs platform is based on an ontology-based electronic learning environment, which have no direct competitors at the moment, also considering its potential in supporting the whole learning/job cycle (beyond the match itself), as in the following part. In the second part, a deeper analysis has been developed essentially on available - and most relevant - systems and tools operating within the labor market match area, including the recent (research actually more than market tools) labor market intelligent tools. Despite the high technological level of many other solutions, E-Green Jobs platform additionally offers a characterization element inherent to its ontological infrastructure. The third part of the document reports an overall view of the main existing distance learning programs on relevant green competences areas in the partners countries. This analysis aims to represent a first evidence of the competitive base of the e-Green job training program as well as its potential resources integration, as confirmed by the research of relevant Open Education Resources nowadays available at the EU international level. Within each national valorization action, this integration and the business modeling will of course tae into account the local/regional/national needs, courses and resources. Consistently with this last statement, the document finally contains, in its conclusion, the main strategic and competitive paths to be undertaken to further disseminate, develop and valorize the system and its resources.
The document has been developed by AISFOR and shared with all the partners in order to collect their contributions and feedbacks.
Target group Relevant targets of the Report refer to all the three main sector relevant for eGreen Jobs: VET organization and system; ICT systems and solution for education and VET; Green companies and sectorial organizations; public bodies (municipalities, regions, etc.) as well as green enery sector - experts on energy certification of buildings, project designers, architects, young entrepreneurs, farmers, installation SMEs, technicians/installers also searching for new job opportunities, unemployed, everyone connected with green field/green environment.
