Street Food - Opportunities for Entrepreneurs. We have created a new training resource for potential mobile food entrepreneurs.
Our resouce will guide entrepreneurs to step by step success in the Streetfood sector.

-Existing Supports for Street Food Traders in each country
- Review of Existing Literature
- Interview with 10 Street Traders in each partner country
-Interviews with stakeholders (enterprise support agencies, market managers etc).
- Interview with government representative body in each partner country.
- Best Practise Case Studies in each partner country.
B. Dissemination has continued throughout year 1&2 of the project - development of website, social media etc
C. - Creation of Sample online module
Write 9 modules of content to be transferred to online design
Work Package 2 (TNA) changed slightly as the partners felt that the interviews with Traders, stakeholders, and government agencies were of high quality , and that the completion of a Focus group in each country would only duplicate results. Instead each partner had an additional consultation with a market manager to generate feedback on the results of the TNA Report.
WP 3 - Materials & Technical Transfer:
Transfer nine chapters to online format
Translate 9 modules
Translate 19 videos
Wp4 :Pilot Test
Full pilot test of all modules by 10 trainees in each country
