Marketing Text Les expériences recueillies par les entrepreneurs dans le domaine des initiatives rurales inclusives ont entre-temps atteint un niveau de qualité élevé en ce qui concerne les défis sociaux et écologiques dans leur contexte sociétal. Services connexes ont vu la demande croissante dans les deux domaines. Les produits du projet "INCLUFAR" contribuent à répondre à cette demande par la rédaction d'un profil d'emploi professionnelle nommé "expert dans l'agriculture et le développement rural inclusif" et en fournissant aux apprenants un manuel et un syllabus. Ces produits appuient les travaux de groupes cibles connexes, par exemple les personnes ayant des handicaps physiques ou mentaux, des entrepreneurs, des gestionnaires, des formateurs, des infirmières, des travailleurs sociaux, des universitaires, des étudiants et des représentants des institutions publiques dans l'éducation et la formation, ainsi que des acteurs dans la mise en œuvre pratique des mesures inclusives.
The number of green care entrepreneurs in Europe is growing as the number of people with special needs too. Another challenge is the problem of intergenerational development of existing initiatives. Also pioneers in the new EU-member countries need conducive support. The project included evaluation, coaching, and training of the partners to support their endeavour to develop their organisations and to meet the needs mentioned before. The project transferred concepts, experiences, skills, and training tools for social farming and eco-social inclusion between all partners including stakeholders and beneficiaries.
The compiled INCLUFAR-curriculum offers a broad occupational perspective for relevant target groups like farmers, gardeners, craftsmen, artists, social workers, scientists, students, public authorities. Thus the objective of the project to meet the need for education and training of qualified staff for high quality inclusive farming entrepreneurship became more conscious and supported the endeavour to apply social inclusion in the rural areas to create new working places for both group's professionals and people with special needs.
The INCLUFAR-project was a transfer project. The existing endeavours and experiences of the current training activities of the partners framed the guideline for the evaluation of the partner organisations. Thus, orientation could be provided and simultaneously the own initiative could be reflected. Consequently, the individual and formal conditions of each partner organisation were taken into consideration. The project name embraces the philosophy of the innovative approach to include people with special needs. The concept of sustainability referred to the regional resources and also to the linked regional development of the rural area. The concept of inclusion was taken into consideration in respect of the experiences made with the UN-convention for people with special needs. The curriculum bases on the occurrences of rising self-development of human beings and nature by mutual supplementation. Premising on the existing curricula the required learning targets were evaluated by an interactive coaching process in each country. This was the pivot process of the project providing the basis for further initiatives on regional and national level.
This method was completed by an internal and external evaluation. The results lead to the composing of the handbook. Several international workshops with all partners rounded the project off and delivered the necessary professional, cultural, and programmatic exchange in the area of occupational in service training. The final meeting gave a summarising outlook and framed the future perspectives.
The project activities were complemented and disseminated by numerous publications, lectures and scientific contributions to the idea of inclusive farming. All of the results were made accessible to decision-makers.
The nature of methodological objectives reflect the sustainability of the project. The partner countries can continue to develop themselves further based on the material developed. Thus, the efforts to support the education in the penitentiary system of Turkey by the developed educational material, is one outcome. The initiative in Bulgaria prepares the establishment of inclusive farming. The Loidholdhof in Austria will in cooperation with local green care initiatives and state technical schools adopt the curricula in respect of social farming for rural professions. Together with stakeholders from different organisations a financially sustainable implementation is guaranteed. In Germany the farm association Weide Hardebek and consortiums work on formal recognition on federal state level. The curriculum is implemented into practice and applied and the training programmes are economically viable. The Netherlands have to replace a closing training centre in the area of social farming by a new or associated one. Within this process the project results are very welcome. In Estonia an initiative for social farming started to implement a recognised qualification. The Scandinavian countries and Tapola work on recognition of existing training programmes within the CNRA network. They are economically viable too.
