Marketing Text The INCLUFAR curriculum is the structural concept of a 3-year in-service training program. Its composed in different modules: Anthropology, Pedagogics, Creation of working and living spheres in rural environments among others.
The INCLUFAR curriculum lays down the training path of specialists for inclusive Agriculture and Regional Development. The professional participants trained with this background will be able to engage in building living and working environments with and for people who require special needs and assistance. It is both the work and professional development as well as to all other life implications, such as housing, culture, education and leisure. Goals of this work are always the highest possible independence and social participation process
The INCLUFAR curriculum is the foundation for a 3-year in-service training. It is divided into four modules:
Anthropology, pedagogics, housing and living environment education and environment education and occupation. Participants acquire knowledge, skills and application ability in their field of work.
Target group Educational institutions, training centers, schools and universities, as well as farmers, gardeners, landscapers, craftsmen, members of social care professionals, artists and Regional Planners
Result The INLUFAR curriculum is the result of WP 2. The foundations were laid by the partners PO Weide-Hardebek through the course "FAMIT" and P 10 CNRA by the "Baltic Seminar" curriculum team has been formed, they worked it out. Participated have also all project partners their education and training experiences has been incorporated into the final product.
Area of application The curricula will be applied by associated partners and is openly available for other training providers in the field of social farming
