Summary This project offers people with disabilities better learning and vocational training facilities, better and more specific guidance and counseling that conform more to the special needs, that also builts upon their individual skills and abilities and harmonize labour market expectations.
About wp 1: Management and quality:
We have developed a skype meeting to answer some questions prior to the meeting, and to organize the first meeting.
Quality meeting: Coordinator and main partner, celebrated in Wien in order to clarify the Quality criteria supporting project.
The kick off meeting was in Wien, through which the coordinator explained to the other partners all activities, tasks of the partners;
About Wp 2:Creation of a target group oriented diagnostic system
Partner 1 provided a list in the three psychological areas areas 1. personality, 2. cognitive requirements and 3. interests.
The rest of partners developed an analysis of these ones: Each partner has completed and has created an analysis, a research a proposed methodology based on these three areas to define the target group assessment psychological recipient for psychological assessment. The focus of the ability area was been defined. The result was a common research about the areas on which the assessment were done. It was defined the Target group and the concrete disability on which we will focus. The methodical transfer in Spain, Austria, Slovenia and Turkey was made on the basis of the first version we are working on the adaptation of questions and Items to the target group. Based on this in WP 3 the final areas for the area abilities were taken and every individual item was checked whether it suits to the target group. In WP 4 the final sectors for the area interest were taken and every individual item was checked whether it suits to the target group. There was a discussion of every of these items.
There was a quality meeting in Wien to identify and define the quality plan.
We have designed new test batteries focus on certain aspects of disability. These new questions are designed by psychologists specialized equipment and has been translated in all languages of the project, but it will work as separately questionnaire called Self questionnaire "Quality Life"
It was developed many dissemination activities in each partner country.
The website has been created and translated into English and other four languages of the project: German, Slovenian, Turkish and Spanish. The project logo was designed also among the various proposals of all partners.
We have created a Blog in which we include all news about disability in Europe.
We have created an area for companies interested in candidates with disability.
Partners contacted with organizations working in the field of disability to disseminate the product and to test it.
A meeting Project in Granada in December 2013.
Questions about "interests" have already been defined and translated into all languages of the project.
We have created a "technical guide" to access to the assessment.
We have removed and added items to create an innovative assessment.
Many activities have been included in local and regional press.
It have been developed the meetings in Turkey and Slovenia, different dissemination activities, leaflets and other materials...
There is an Area for experts in the website where the experts and counselors can find the guides to evaluate the assessment results, a forum to share opinions...;

The target group has been defined; the main areas of the test was defined too; we have worked on the Items (question) oriented for disabilities(about cognitive skills, transfer of interest and Geographical innovation, we have defined two levels . The part relating to interests of participants has been defined and translated into English, German, Spanish, Slovenian and Turkish.
We have included a link in the website to access the psychological Assessment.
We translated some of the items that was be selected and oriented for disability.
The questions for a complementary Self Questionnaire ”Quality Life” was made and translated.
Both the website and the blog is constantly updated.
As some parts was not adequated for the target group, we have created new parts, new questions and new items.
We have checked every single part of the basic diagnostic system to adapt it to the target group and to the countries involved.
We have tested the assessment with users with disabilities in each partner country.
