Marketing Text Strengthening institutional capacity and examining the potential usage of the adapted Be-TWIN 2 methodological tools
Organisation of two strengthening institutional capacity sessions (in each partners’ country involved in WP5) aimed at: knowledge and results sharing with key institutional players involved in education and training; examining the potential usage of the adapted Be-TWIN 2 methodological tools and the quality of the project outputs.
Partners will report on the sessions’ results and feedback from participants thus contributing to the final version of the methodological guidelines.
Education and training institutions involved in all project phases.
Competent bodies and policy-makers in charge of the design and certification of education and training programmes
Educational/pedagogical staff: professors, trainers, training programme managers, persons in charge of the international development within their educational institution
The result contributed to acheve the project main objectives by promoting policy discussions and development by decision makers and key VET and HE stakeholders at institutional, national and local levels based on project’s results and on the use of the methodology strengthening institutional actors’ capacity to reflect on and share major lessons learnt; fostering active working relationships between policy makers and VET/HE institutions and ensuring effective uptake of the project outcomes; jointly establishing the political and operative lines through the contribution of all partners and of most relevant stakeholders.
The two capacity strengthening sessions (in each partner’s country involved in WP 5) were organised as peer reviews and cooperative learning events to contribute to a better understanding of the methodology and tools. These sessions were held in IT, AT and NL and were mainly addressed to institutional actors who will rationalise the project’s main outcomes and will benefit from the exchange of experiences and practices acquiring new knowledge and awareness.
The peer review approach was mainly aimed to offer opportunities to learn in a collaborative environment between pairs, so that the methodology was more focused on developing educational opportunities than on evaluating or judging the procedures and actions.
The following institutional capacity sessions were held in the partners' countries:
