This report constitutes one of the outputs of Be-TWIN2 Work Package 4 under the coordination of Fondazione Centro Produttività Veneto. Firstly, this report provides a detailed description of the main outcomes and lessons learned from the application of the Be-TWIN2 methodology to the selected case studies; finally, it considers the implications of the case studies’ main findings for the Be-TWIN2 methodology.
This document is intended to compile the main results and obtained during the piloting of BE-TWIN2 methodological tools on partners’ selected curricula.
The progress, achievements and benefits achieved during the running phase of the pilots are described in detail.
The ultimate goal of the Pilot Report is to provide evidence that Be-TWIN Methodology piloting can be perceived as successful both in terms of its contribution to the overall success of Be-TWIN2 objectives and of satisfaction of pre-defined piloting specific goals.
During the running phase that started gradually within December and April 2014 and in accordance with planned activities, an intense effort has been made to apply the methodological tool and success with respect to this particular effort as well as the satisfaction of different expectations by different stakeholders, mainly students and schools/VET providers staff, is key to the overall perception of the success of the pilots.
The final report also emphasizes the real benefits and opportunities created to maximize future sustainability of the methodology, both in the short and longer term, and their uptake by new schools/VET providers and students also in other EU countries.
The overall results of Be-TWIN2 and, specifically, of the application of the Be-TWIN2 Methodology, have been positively perceived by other EU organizations external to the partnership. Permanent contacts are being held with other stakeholders in the academic world in order to enlarge and promote the use of BE-TWIN2 methodological tools.
