The Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires was a tool to collect important data about the target beneficiaries of the TOI activities their profile, expectations, evaluation of effectiveness of the initiatives carried out by the partners who hosted the ToI.
In fact the Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires was given to the learners in order to evaluate their effective satisfaction and evaluate if the original paths/products needed any further adaptation.
FIRST AND SECOND RELEASE
WP4 - The Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires was the fundamental instrument for detecting the opinion of the different targets
about the coherence, efficacy and effectivness of the the transfer with respect to actions foreseen by the TOI.
All beneficiaries of the ToI activities carried out by the partners:
- 40 companies/institutions target (20 in IT, 10 in FR, 10 in PL) and 120 workers/employers/managers that covered the tasks of Responsible/Appointed or other profiles for H&S within the company (like RSPP, ASPP, RLS, and so on),
- 100 people between workers/employers, teachers and trainers, students in each country involved who made guidance sessions in the place of work/learning
Result The CSQ evaluated the effective satisfaction of the learners and the effectiveness of the paths/products. It allowed to collect data about the learners/target, their expectations, evaluation of the experience.
Area of application
The questionnaire was tested in the course of the Transnational Meeting in Ajaccio,
subsequently implemented for the evaluation of transfer activity of the project; CSQ was revised first as regards the scaling. In fact a new Multilingual release was designed to detect the evaluation of targets in relation to the different transfer initiatives.
