Description Task 3.3. Training of existing staff in sensorial analysis is ongoing. A first secondment of Romanian staff was carried out. During 5th – 9th November 2012, a first training of IBA researchers was organized by partner 3 UCP-ESB at its premises with the aim of training on Authenticity of Traditional Food Products – Sensory Analysis. Four persons from IBA participated in this training, developing their expertise in sensory testing, consumer methods, quality control. The trained persons received training certificates from UCP-ESB.
