Description The course “Technician in food analysis” was certificated by CNFPA Romania (The National Council for Adult Vocational Training) with the support of The Center for Human Resources Development from IBA (Authorization series B no. 0006980, cod COR 3162.3.2). The learning modules for the qualification ”Technician in food analysis” are: Basic knowledge, Food industry (extractive): sugars, oils, Food industry (fermentative): beer, wine, Milling, bread-making and pasta industry, Food industry: animal origine food products and Fruits and vegetables industry. The training plan included both theoretical and practical hours.
