Description The proposed learning methodology applies learning design evaluation that integrates ex ante (pre course start) evaluation, on-going evaluation during learning delivery, ex post (post course completion) evaluation, and comparison of results. This innovative method offers a number of advantages for the teacher for the ultimate benefit of learners: it allows the continuous adaptation of the instructional method to the needs of the learners, the space of learning, and the new knowledge developed; it allows the teacher to monitor not only newly developed knowledge but also attitudes of learners in areas of interest related to the course; and more.
