Marketing Text Le projet Enter repose sur deux méthodologies et d'outils innovants d'évaluation environnementale et LE. EA met l'accent sur les compétences clés de l'UE et l'esprit d'entreprise sur des concepts LE autonomisation. Le projet permettra de doter les prestataires d'EFP avec ces outils méthodologies et des compétences dans le but pour eux d'être en mesure d'éduquer les jeunes chômeurs en formation à l'entrepreneuriat.
In spite of The European Economy’s recovery young people across Europe continue to face high levels of unemployment. To face this reality, “effective training programmes need to be accessible to all young people in order to ensure that they have the necessary skills to apply to a variety of positions in the EU. During these difficult economic times we need to look at unlocking the huge potential of start up entrepreneurs and stimulate them to take the final step and set up a new enterprise.
Based on the above The ENTER project was designed, the project was based on two existing methodologies and tools EA and LE. The development had been transferred by two of the partners in the consortium BEST P2, who led on the learning and empowerment guidelines, toolbox and exercises, and Asdan P6, who lead on the” Enterprise Award” curriculum.
There were 3 transfer phases of the project, of which the partnership had covered the following in the first year of the project.
(1) The Introduction the analysis and adaptation of the EA and LE products to the partner countries specific tailoring to the needs of future young entrepreneurs presently unemployed. (2) A 3 day common transfer workshop which was held in Portugal 2 days for EA and 1 day for LE, All partners invited a VET provider to support and optimise resources, the VET providers were responsible for Piloting the Products at a national level. (3) All partners selected and adapted their EA and LE tools.
The project was aimed at VET Providers who will be equipped during the transfer workshop with the methodologies, tools and competencies in order to be the future entrepreneurial educators and therefore speed up the learning among young unemployed, secondly the young unemployed will be the end users during the national pilot sessions of EA and LE (Second Year of Project).
The project aims was to produce 1 European ECVET curricula for youth Entrepreneurs and a common guideline for it in existing national vet programmes . The project has developed a guideline of the ECVET curricula and Guidelines.
The project produced several dissemination and exploitation activities through out its project ife including a project logo , website, dissemination plan, Newsletters,leaflets, publications,ENTER Social Network and a Dissemination Portfolio.
A Final Valorisation seminar was held in the UK to present and discuss ENTER achieved results, involving National young people, VET providers and Stakeholders, policy makers and external speakers.
The project partnership included CWC (UK) plus 6 VET partners ISQ (PT), BEST (AT), IKEP (EL), ANHSH (HU), FGUVA (ES), and ASDAN (UK). All of whom have worked on European projects before. All partners were actively involved in all 8 Work packages. WP1 – Preparation and Transfer: Needs Analysis and Products adaptation. All activities and results were accomplished.
WP2 – Transfer: EA and LE common workshop and national adaptation. All activities and results were accomplished
WP3 – Implementation EA and LE piloting and guidelines. All activities and results were accomplished.
WP4 - ECVET and Youth Entrepreneur Curricula. A Coomon guide for the ECVET curricula and guidelines was developed by the WP leader.
WP5 - Dissemination: All activities and results (national and transversal) were developed by the WP leader and all partners (i.e., logo, website, dissemination plan, newsletters, publications, ENTER Social Network and Dissemination Portfolio.
WP6 –Exploitation and Valorisation of results. All activities and results (national and transversal) were accomplished at the end of the project. i.e., exploitation plan, mainstreaming committee, stakeholders mapping) A final valorisation event was be held in the UK.
WP7 – Quality assurance and Evaluation. All activities and results were achieved at the end of the project developed by the WP leader and all partners (i.e., quality plan, evaluation tools and reports, interim evaluation)
WP8 - Project Management. All activities and results were accomplish by the WP leaders (i.e., contract, work plan, to do lists, TEAMBOX, meetings agendas, minutes, evaluations). Ongoing communication, monitoring and follow-up was ensured by P1.

Product information The project selected and adapted the EA and LE Methodologies, tools and contents, to meet the needs of the end users, young unemployed. Both EA and LE materials were presented in a common transfer workshop which were later adapted by each partner according to national specifications and cultural issues and translated in to each partner language. The results were tested by partners in a 4 day national pilot sessions involving young unemployed youths, and VET providers stakeholders, policy makers etc who would discuss and analyse the results in order to launch the sustainability of the product. Which would be integrated in to a ECVET Curricula for youth entrepreneur, based on EQF learning outcomes defined in terms of Knowledge, skills and competences and allocation of ECVET points, taking into account European recommendations.
