Marketing Text the Under My Wing Final Conference will be held in Ireland and will have a focus on attracting key note speakers from all partner countries who represent policy in adult education provision, micro-enterprise owners and graduates. It will be attended by up to 100 delegates from the sectors concerned. At this event all products, tools and resources will be officially launched.
Description A Final Valorisation Conference will be held in Ireland in month 24 to coincide with project completion. Each implementing partner will invite 1 key note speaker representing VET/adult education at policy level, 1 micro-enterprise owner and 1 graduate ensuring that all primary target groups are represented. The Ireland event will be used to validate project outputs and present all Under My Wing products.
Target group This conference will be targeted at VET and Adult education professionals and policy makers, micro-enterprise owners and graduates from all partner countries.
Result As a result of this conference all final project outputs and deliverables will be fully disseminated to local stakeholders, relevant target groups and interested members of the public.
Area of application
This Final Conference will provide the stage for project partners to officially launch the final project outputs. It will also see the launch of four specific exploitation tools will be produced;
1. A printed project summary, in all partner languages, complete with local case studies and testimonies from each country comprising inputs from educators; micro-enterprise owners and graduates in each implementing partner language
2. A video documentary, in English with sub-titles in 5 partner languages, tracing the origins, development and outcomes of the project and promoting the UMW concept. It will be available for viewing on all popular social networking platforms;
3. A policy paper to be researched and written will emphasize the value for money that can be achieved for service providers and graduates by supporting models of intervention based on partnership between different sectors within education and within the wider economy in all implementing partner languages;
4. An Intellectual Property Rights Agreement will be drafted and signed by all partners giving access to the resources developed to service providers free of charge;
