Marketing Text The purpose of this module is to provide a training, supporting, motivational cornerstone that is related and adjust to inactive women from a variety of member´s countries. The knowledge and skills they are going to learn will help them to understand the principles of the tourism sector and will allow them to start building your career as a qualified "receptionists".
Description This module represents an educational and skill forming basis for inactive women, who considered a option of becoming a receptionist and want to acquire a new set of knowledge or desire to extend their present professional status.
Target group Inactive Women (housewives, women on maternity leave and after maternity and parental leave, women looking after children and disabled adults, MAW), who are neither in work nor seeking employment because of family responsibilities , who have natural "talent" combined with experience but have problem to re-enter the working life because of several family responsibilities, who have already fulfilled the most important women tasks (maternity and paternal leave) and also have sufficient practical experience and background, are ready to apply for a new job and to be an ideal employee in tourism sector.
Result At the end of the module participant should be able to implement the theoretical knowledge into practical use by performing a receptionist who understands the processes and principles of her profession, has gained technical and professional skills and as a result can provide excellent customer services and is able to identify and deal with any kind of situation.
Area of application To better develop various personal skills and qualities that are necessary for the job of a receptionist increasing the possibility to get employed in the hotel industry and further develop the career within the hospitality sector.
