Marketing Text This publication summarises the systems and services provided to people with disabilities in the territories the ORA partner organisations: Belgium, Bulgaria, France and Romania.
Based on a common framework, the partners have mapped the systems and services of guidance guidance to people with disabilities (PWD) in the territories concerned. Five maapping documents were made: French-speaking Belgium, Bulgaria, France (Nord-Pas-de-Calais), France (Lorient territory) and Romania. This synthetic publication entitled "Systems and services offered to persons with disabilities" has summed up all territorial results (Belgium, Bulgaria, France, Romania):
- legislative history
- the recognition of disability status and PWD on the labour market
- the requirement (or not) to have the job for PWD
- existing training structures / inclusion / for PWD, and
- areas for improvement in the PWD active guidance process.
Target group Consortium members, members of local working groups, national agency, people with disabilities, supervisors of persons with disabilities, researchers, everyone
Result This publication presents, for each country studied: the legislative context, organisations that certify the type and degree of disability status of persons with disabilities on the labour market, bond (or not) to have the employment for people with disabilities, list of existing training structures / inclusion / employment of people with disabilities. The publication ends with the presentation of the obstacles and areas for improvement identified by the ORA partners in the process of active guidance for persons with disabilities.
Area of application National mapppings allowed the partners to have a common approach to observe the functioning of the identified territories, analyse and identify existing guidance services offered to PWD as well as existing practices and expertise in this area. The synthetic publication is practical, it summarises all the territorial results.
