Marketing Text In 20 European countries are established 4500 Practice Firms (PF), which are led by PF Trainers. Quality of learning at PF depends on PF Trainer and their skills, abilities to organise and moderate work, motivate, encourage, empower students to be equipped with knowledge and skills required by their future employer. However there is no particular Teacher's training institution in a formal education system in none of the partner countries that prepare PF trainers. Therefore central office (CO) coordinating PF activities nationwide provide PF trainers' training (PFTT). The trainers demand their professional development in order to be able to react flexibly and choose the right activities and tools to organise work at PF. The project partners will exchange their currently used methodologies in PF trainers training will develop them further and apply PFTT programme in training new and experienced trainers. The project encourages knowledge and experience exchanges among PF trainers too.

Product information The project is based on the Italian and French CO created tools they use for PFTT and their expertise. Both COs teach the trainers and set up the assistance services necessary to the best efficiency of the professional know-how, know-being, know-indertaking and know-becoming learning method. Partners' particular experience in engineering new pedagogical methods has been completed with the development and setting up of pedagogical and technological tools to facilitate, enhance and open the learning processes to a large range of publics and territories. As it is evident that the professional know-how, know-being, know-undertaking and know-becoming leaning method proves to be reliable and productive among PF trainers in IT and FR, it is necessary to apply it to a wider scope of Trainers Europe wide. Above mentioned method exposes PF trainers to the progressive and sustainable learning empowering comprehensive development of transferable skills which are the main target for trainees to develop during their work at PF. The project will develop tools of PF encouragement for close cooperation with real companies scheme and provide practical ways for PF trainers to convince real companies for cooperation, ways to sustain it and to empower two-way wealth and benefit. This will be done in cooperation with Chamber of Commerce and trade-unions. CO always emphasise the importance of PF and real companies cooperation, however in Lithuania it does not provide particular ways how to reach it. During this project PF close cooperation with real companies scheme was enhanced and explicate.
