Marketing Text One of the main aims of SWFM-QF will be to ensure the effective transfer and the sustainable use of the project's results as well as the sustainable enlargement of the project network during and after the project span. Exploitation activities will include both mainstreaming actions to stakeholders and identified decision-makers and multiplication actions of the project’s results.
The main goal of the current Exploitation Plan is to serve as an on-going, concise work plan for setting out the main exploitation aspects of the SWFM-QF project and to establish suitable actions to make SWFM-QF a successful and sustainable project for a long period.
The Exploitation Plan Handbook identifies the exploitable results of the project in terms of products, experiences, policy lessons and European cooperation and describes the strategy to exploit these products at European, national and regional levels. The exploitation addresses both mainstreaming actions, taking advantage of the participation of the project’s partners to networks and links to public authorities and lifelong learning decision makers, and multiplication exploiting the establishment of the SWFM-QF Network. The monitoring of the exploitation activities will follow an approach similar to the monitoring of the dissemination activities.
SWFM-QF partners have already identified and included in the project target groups other VET and waste management policy makers that can be interested to projects’ results.
Indicative exploitation activities include:
•National and European developers of Vocational Qualifications and Frameworks and respective Accreditation Organisations will be informed for the methodology adopted for the development of the Waste Facilities’ Manager European Qualification and Training Framework.
•Industrial and Waste Management Associations may collaborate with VET providers, to develop and certify training modules, based on project’s training guide, to satisfy their members’ personnel and other workers vocational needs and professional evolution. The same stands for Environmental competent authorities at different administrational levels, according the respective requirements of the new Waste Framework Directive.
Result Stable frameworks of cooperation throughout the life-cycle of the project as well as the continuing use of the project's results after the project end.
