Marketing Text L'objectif concret de ce projet est de «e-trains personnes handicapées physiques pour leur e-emploi en tant que représentants de centres d'appels, de travailler de leurs maisons". Concept de formation comprend également la possibilité e-scène pour résultat la réalisation efficace et complète. Après un tel programme, personne ne est prêt à commencer à travailler, sans avoir besoin de mesures supplémentaires. Ainsi, l'objectif principal est «d'accroître l'employabilité des personnes handicapées dans un schéma rentable pour l'employé et l'employeur, dans les conditions actuelles du marché".
As all kinds of vocational trainings simply aim to give opportunity to trainee to "work and earn money", the aim of this project is also to help the target group to work and earn money for their life sustainability. There exist a large number of inactive people with physical disabilities who are potentially "home based workers" or "e-workers", but they need proper and efficient training for this. One of the most convenient "home based working" field is "call centers". People who are employed in call centers as call center representatives are not necessarily have to be employed in the organisations’ premises or working offices anymore thanks to fast developing communication technologies and Internet. As a result of development in communication technologies, call diverting is very easy and inexpensive. Access to company Intranets via Internet is now part of daily life due to high Internet access speeds. Therefore, home based working in this field is perfectly possible in any part of Europe, if proper training and practice channels are made available to those who will be interested in such a challenging employment opportunity. Another important factor of choosing this field for e-working is the fact that the sector steadily grows around 10% every year all in Europe in spite of recent years' global crises.
The concrete aim of this project is “to e-train people with physical disabilities for their e-employment as call center representatives, to work from their homes”. Training concept also includes e-stage possibility for efficient and complete result achievement. After such a programme, individual will be ready to start working, without needing extra steps. So, main objective is “to increase employability of people with disabilities in a profitable scheme for both employee and employer, under current market conditions”.
After having this kind of e-training and e-stage opportunity, home based employment possibility for disabled people is not a dream any more. Thus, this surely opens a new challenging door for people with physical disabilities for them to work from their homes and integrate themselves to labour market.
People with disabilities represent around one sixth of the overall EU working age population but their employment rate is still extremely low. Therefore, some realistic and "working" solutions are necessary. Home based employment model is the most convenient solution and being home based call center representative is one of the best fields in this type of employment for disabled people, attractive to both employer and employee.
IT-Call directly aims to e-train individual and prepare them to work at home after successful completion of e-stage phase. Direct aim is to prepare the call center representative prospect who is physically disabled person, to work at home and serve to call center service providers. As call center providers are already seeking such employees, this project's tool do prepare those potential e-workers in such a way that, they will not need any extra step, but can start working after they complete their e-training and e-stage.

The project's Web site: Integrated e-Training and e-Stage portal (in 7 languages) allows future call center representatives to be e-trained and practice by means of calling each other and simulating clients in changing roles. Grading/rating anonymously and repetation of e-learning modules depending on the weaknesses, re-studying while repeating courses and similar features bring the possibility of satisfactory self evaluation before starting to actual work.
