BORDER SPECIFIC PARTS
In general, project management consists in using knowledge, skills, tools and techniques towards satisfying the needs of project promoters. However in case of activities undertaken in cross-border regions the above mentioned competences are not sufficient to plan and implement projects in effective way.
For these reasons the toolkit which has been adapted from the tools of the French-German border supports cross-border project management on Polish-Czech borderland especially in the Euroregion Cieszyn Silesia. It has been developed for all professionals who deal with CB project management (managers, cross-cultural trainers, representatives of the local and regional authorities, NGOs’ and schools). It includes basics of cross-border project management methodology from the cross-cultural point of view. In this context, it is possible to use the toolkit in many domains of cooperation.
