Presentation of sub-project teaching materials

Partner group members will present the developed teaching materials in workshops. The themes are: 1. Positive pictures – successful goals A framework for a train-the-trainer programme, in which trainers learn how to train other teachers/trainers to guide students in learning the Mental Top visualisation technique, to help them staf focused and motivated. 2. Networking Teaching and learning materials that will help students to acquire the skills they will need to be effective networkers and build a lifelong career. 3. Resilience Teaching and learning materials that will help students to increase their resilience and so become more effective in obtaining and maintaining jobs and careers. 4. Coaching The 4SFC (Four Solution-Focused Competences) coaching model describes four different types of situations requiring different solution-focused roles, which match very well with teacher roles. 5. Facilitating peer groups A framework for teachers and coaches on how to facilitate the organisation of peer groups. 6. Work Exploration Training materials for teachers to supervise students during their reflection following their periods of work exploration.
