Partner meeting 2
17.04.2012
The next partner meeting took place in Viareggio, Italy, where we planned further project activities and showed what we had accomplished so far: for instance a website and a draft for the information package, which will be ready after summer. All partners contribute in different ways to make an informative, useful and interesting information for the target group. We have had two skype meetings and two partner meetings, besides all e-mail correspondence and contacts by phone. Every partner has got templates for financial reporting. At the meeting, our two project evaluators attended, Ms Gunilla Backman and Ms Sanja Juric, eQuality, and also the CEO of Actíva Mr Örjan Samuelsson. We talked about how to disseminate the results and each partner will fill in a template for a dissemination plan. We had a successful meeting where all partners agreed on the following steps to be taken.
